@MsSimiko You don't know what you are talking about in this case! He was being jumped and defended himself and sadly no one else tried to help him ! also the real police would have had backup but this guard was fighting them all by himself so in this case he was better than the police!

I have never worked as a security guard so I do not know the laws that apply to them.I do know that in Florida I can meet force with force to prevent a felonious attack that may result in death or great bodily harm to myself or others. Basically, that means if I am in this situation where a bunch of guys jump me I have the right to shoot them.

All we can comment on is what we see and what i see is the security being beaten by 2 guys and then the security defending himself now i dont know what you would do if people were beating on you all i know is i wouldnt be taking notes to show to the police i would be defending myself to the best of my ability

the security guard is overstepping his boundaries and I doubt he gets paid more than 9 or 10 bucks an hour. If i was him id call the real cops and take notes to explain what happened to the police.
