I have an unrelated question, but can Everlasting Night and Luminary come back? not this anniversary, I mean it as a general question... because I lost my opportunity last time it was voted back this year, but I'm trying to save for Everlasting Night and I'm so obsessed with that skin 💔💔 can someone answer me please about how these skins comeback work? because I never understood....like for Lady Bella too, Tuberose, Paranormal Detective and other time limited skins.
