Im losing 1kg/week for 21 weeks now. I was huge, now im getting thin. Just staying in a big deficit. (i also have like 2-3 "cheat" days/week, but i eat very little in the other days, usually just meat+fruit and nothing else). Most of the cheat deays also stay in deficit, like if you eat a burguer its like 1K calories, you can even eat 2 and stay in deficit. What destroy is are the fries, avoid fried stuff.
