Because baba literally can't hit you. You don't need overhead prayers. It's a slight dps loss cuz fang is 5 tick, and red x is 6, but it's a big supplies save

Just in case you haven't found an answer yet it's because enemy AI reacts differently to red clicks vs yellow clicks. If you were to yellow click baba would move to try and attack you instead of standing still while you walk under

Basically the npc will be locked in their standing animation while your pathing during a red click. During a yellow click the npc will move freely and will always path until they can attack you.

On P2 and P3, the top row is safe. For P1, you can run to the edge of the room and do the same thing so that like that you avoid the pit

When I attack him while he’s throwing boulders he still continues throwing boulders, am I getting through them too fast? Or does this method not work with a Bowfa?

You 100% don't need all this gear. I was running 350-400 with a serp. Torso. Guthans legs. D boots. B ring I. Dragon sword. And a bowfa/c armor. And a blue kerris for kephri. And a warped scepter. No chambers prayers. What's more important than gear is learning skips. Wave skip. Butterfly, and doing the ladder skip at ahka. As well as doing the red x method at baba. If you can master those you can do high toa invos solo with minimal gear. Pushing 400-450 you 100% need a yellow kerris. And bandos.

Not necessarily, that’s typically just the result of the monkey room. If you red X correctly, you wont be taking damage or losing prayer so it’s optimal not to heal up.

@@johnc9781 Yes exactly, if you play it correctly, most of your prayer and or health will go to the monkey room, and Baba won’t require any resources.

when i do the red x at the top after boulders, I go three steps in and click on baba but it my character comes out the other side where the restore is

Put on actual character tile marker, your probably walking an xtra tile and not seeing it

@@OriginalDitz the issue I found out was because I was red x'ing on the opposite side shown in the video when he us at the top of the arena. For some reason when you red x on the other side it causes your character to exit to the other side, if your on the side shown in the video though, then you exit back to the original tile as intended.
