PS. KZbin Removed My PS Comment so I’ve retyped! 🤯🙄 I hate the fact that there’s Still a Stigma about mental health for anyone! Medicine & Technology have evolved in 2024, Ignorance - Not so much!! I can’t begin to tell You how much is wrong with Alex’s ridiculous damaging post, He should think before He speaks or writes/types!! Mental Health is real, can happen to anyone, at any time!! A Good Friend of mine, Actor & Veteran Jonathan (Jonny) from Soldier’s Arts Academy works with Veterans & their Families, providing support for PTSD & other illnesses, He’s written Incredible Theatre Plays to raise awareness where Veterans & Actors work together to bring Jonny’s ideas to life! No-one should ever try to undo this Awesome work!! I’ve learnt more from Jonny about mental health than any of the so-called experts! Mental Health is real, nothing to be ashamed of, can happen to anyone at any time!! I couldn’t quite read last part of the post on screen, please can You let Me know what this says? @@AmandaBLovesMusic the last part reads 'somehow you think you're entitled to an easy life' - which is absolutely absurd to call people on medication for mental health issues 'entitled to an easy life' 🙄 But you're absolutely right, mental health is a HUGE issue and there's genuinely no reason to hide from it. If we break a bone, we're not ashamed to fix it or find the right solution, but some reason in our head the rules are different? Well they're not 😂

I've fell into the trap of watching those videos on making $10k per month. Now, I can pretty much say I have a business. I'm still making my first product and documenting it but I'm 20% done(Currently in packaging phase which will literally take days). There is so much stuff those 10k/month youtubers are not saying and I'm starting to believe the people who watch those videos don't even have a business, hence why the youtubers who make those videos always start from $0 because only a person who is less than a beginner can tolerate their videos without rolling their eyes into the back of their skull. They overexaggerate every single thing that they can to get the viewers hopes up, without shame. I started rewatching videos those videos just to pick them apart and I noticed one thing, all they really care about is 1) views and 2) marketing whatever they're selling. In fact, I'd go as far to say, getting useful business ideas from their video is the LAST thing they want you to get hence why the main topics on those videos are product price, sales volume, them saying they did it, them saying they know people who did it, them saying they did it for other people. You will never hear them talking about bartering services/products, networking, time management, introspection, consumer behavior, marketing, legal documents, file management, security. It's just a bunch of BS.

Hey John, such a good idea behind this series, and it's good to see your enthusiasm! Two quick suggestions. One, niche down. I was on a conference call this morning with around 100 agency owners, and one of the key differences between those that were successful in making one million or more and those struggling was niching down. With all your experience in the fitness space with Murgs, double down on businesses in the fitness industry. Second, don't think of the website as a one-time cost. Please make it a monthly fee, (or you'll be burnt out like me 🤣). For example, instead of charging £600 for your basic website, make it £99/month (was £199), and pitch the package to personal trainers - for that fee, I want a 1-hour kick-off call, the website, two SEO blogs each month, monthly website traffic report, and a monthly newsletter. Additionally, follow up with a quarterly review call; this lets you keep them warm, check that the package is working for them, and potentially upsell them to the next plan or service over time. Doing a monthly retainer sounds like more work but it will fix your cashflow, give you 4x the yearly revenue, reduce your stress, and help you build a business you can eventually sell.
