Thanks for the tour. Courtney loves your hat Rene. So for those cold nights we disconnect and blow out the hose, keep the waste valves closed. For extra chilly nights I open the cabinet door in front of the water pump and other water lines to help. Coldest temps we camped in were low single digits with daytime highs in the 20's for a week or so at a time.

@@cburk10 I don’t think Heartland did it on purpose but my water pump is right over the heated underbelly vent line. I’ll take it! Hahaha

You sure you didnt have that cord plugged into the block heater of the truck? Thats usually why a cord is hanging out of the grill. Also pick yourself up a jump box with a lith battery in it. Its super light and will start the diesel no problem. You can scoop one up from menards.
@2Miles2Go6 күн бұрын

Hey get a wheeler with EFI. Drink pickle juice for elevation sickness. Consider getting a little buddy propane heater so the furnace doesn't discharge your batteries and add a 60 to 100 watt solar panel for the daytime.
@2Miles2Go13 күн бұрын
@@cburk10 What’s your opinion on the portable solar panels that you unfold out of a case and prop up on the ground?
@cburk1013 күн бұрын
@2Miles2Go I've never used them. We have a Zamp solar panel and it's integrated into the charging system with controller. Look into that company. They specialize in RV systems. Don't need much.
