Girl u need to pick or dig food and sale at market so u can buy a bottle and formula and diapers, soap for washing bodys and clothes wash in hot and cold water to make sure it's clean from dirt dust and ickyness if u can buy or get different clothes for the kids and your self the older kid sounds like she is sick coughing alotevery body needs a BATH.😢😅😮🎉😂❤

The Vietnamese government is indifferent to its impoverished people, who aren't educated, lack access to free birth control; lack social welfare aid such as housing, food, formula for babies; milk for growing children; adequate mental health for postpartum depression; anxiety; substance abuse; serious mental disorders; etc. The single mothers that are unwed and have illegitimate babies are shunned and many times thrown out the household. If they chose to get married, due to a teen pregnancy, they're often way too young to understand what the consequences will be as the male is immature and may not work, if they don't want to contribute to the care of his family. Then, there's verbal and physical abuse, which gives rise to high rates of domestic violence. If they're are living with his family the parents get involve and the mother and the child are thrown out. Then, the young single mother must find shelter (or build her a bamboo hut) and food, in order to keep her breastmilk production sufficient to breastfeed the baby. They must find work or something to harvest and sell to purchase food to feed herself and any older child(ren) she may have. Some, young single mothers just give up and abandoned the baby and other children. If the woman finds a new man, more than likely he'll reject the child(ren); if he's not the father. Vietnamese men tend to not raise another man's child. So, some mothers abandoned their babies, in order to please the man, whom she hopes will make her life better; including moving to the city for better economic opportunities such as factory jobs, attending school; etc. They'll then send money to their family, so they can have money to buy food; clothing, shoes, medication, etc. They see abandoning their baby as a sacrifice for a better life or the only way they can survive themselves. With this comes other problems such as guilt and substance abuse or another unwanted pregnancy. The emotional and mental trauma the children suffer may be something that happened to their biological mother, who chose to abandoned them as well. The abandonbment of children goes back for generations in Vietnam. One of main reasons goes back to how the impoverished Vietnamese people live day to day and year to year. The Vietnamese government is Communist and the poorest people suffers severely; that includes newborns, the disabled and elderly. So, if a person can't work they may stave to death. So, out of the goodness of some Vietnamese people's hearts, they help others, even when they can barely feed themselves; which is the situation with pregnant girl rescuing and caring for these children. There are many orphanages in Vietnam. But, apparently the mountainous region of northern Vietnam doesn't have as many that is within walking distance. The orphanages are funded by different church denominations and donations. The orphanages are ran by church volunteers and missionaries, who support and work in the orphanages. Missionary workers, teachers, Vietnamese nannies; nurses, cooks, etc collectively care for the children from newborns to teenagers. Donations come from all over the world. One would think that the Vietnamese government fund the many orphanages but they do not.
