Total iditoic setup procedure. I bought my 3 units of ftv28pv1l 3 years ago do you i still keep the warranty card?? This app is nothing high tech but to procise convenience to the owner due to one of my remote . Control damaged as a result of battery leak. Wirh WC it wont work may i know if after 3 years my WC still valid or esle why have such requirment. Its sickening

It's failing to connect and giving error as SSID not found even though I'm connecting to the 2.4Ghz Wifi. Tried manually also can't says Unable to establish BT connection from device.

I bought a new air conditioner from Turkey 3 months ago, brand new, the outdoor unit was leaking gas, the service said it was leaking gas, it will be changed, it was tested, it was reported to the headquarters, no one calls or asks, I'm still waiting, I'll probably run the air conditioner this winter, it's such an irresponsible, unserious company, and it's also a world brand.

You can check if there is any "Smart Control" logo on the unit itself, if yes then you can use Go Daikin to control your AC.

The hepa filter must not be cleaned with vacuum cleaner as stated on this appliance instructions. Please revise your instructions or your video.

Thank you for your comment. We appreciate your feedback. The opertation manual state that the HEPA filter is able to be vacuumed periodically to prolong the filter lifespan. However , replacement is still needed depending on the usage patterns and the location of the unit.

@@daikinmalaysia1924No, the manual explicitly says not to use the vacuum cleaner and not wash it, but only to replace it in case of damage or malfunction. So either update the manual or update the video. If you don't believe it I will send you the photo or video of the section of the manual. He also says it twice. On page 15 on the replacement section and on page 24 in the FAQ the answer number 2

However I believe these steps are same in any Daikin Airbase Adapter to set up the Away from Home Options. 1- open phone settings 2- turnoff wifi 3- open adapter settings 4- open away from home 5- setup Login ID & password & click next 5- open phone setup & click on the wifi as on 6- open the Daikin Apps and see the away from home & the adapter there 7- you’re done These could be provided by you also ?
