You're so beautiful! This was encouraging. I went through my worst breakout after having my youngest son. I found a skincare routine that worked and stopped when I went through depression. I need to get started again because I'm finding that I don't even need to pick at a pimple for a dark spot to occur. It sucks.

Dealing with depression can be incredibly challenging, I understand. 🤗 Yes, let's start a new, and don't lose hope. Sometimes, our skin generates more melanin during the healing process than we anticipate, so even without picking at a breakout, it can lead to dark spots, which is frustrating. Maintaining an effective and consistent skincare routine helps in prevention and upkeep. 🤍

Heyy! I currently include an active in my routine (8% mandelic serum) from Face Reality, I also use a Vitamin C during the day. I make sure to wear my SPF and try my best to reapply every 2 hrs.
