A lot of depression I experienced in urban environments has been exacerbated by low zinc and vitamin b levels. Im trying to take these in supplements during the day . If people are able to afford it, intravenous vitamin drip is ideal and the most effective. I can only afford pill form. Its one means of strengthening your mental barriers to peoples' bad attitudes/evilness /judgement

I'm sorry Alex I gave it a shot to watch your content again but I've got to peace out. It's all over the place and half of the time it sounds like the unhinged ramblings of an ultra-incel. I don't think your intentions are necessarily bad, but it's the approach. This crusade to save the world is fruitless, aside from an individual level. You seem utterly consumed by it which goes to the level of a mental illness and addiction. I'm sorry to be blunt, but I always try to tell things how I see them. It's just not a healthy frame of mind most of the time and you come across as being a hostile and just angry person. Your a smart guy and you aren't afraid to use your voice, but I just feel it's a complete net-negative in how you go about it in relation to the subjects you speak about, hence causing more damage than good. It also seems like all you care about is your own voice and you go out of your way to disable comments or delete them because they don't share your exact point of view. I don't need the manifesto of Alex Ansary to tell me the explicit truth. You just don't seem interested in anything from others. It's your way or the highway... It's almost a cult like mentality but the cult is your personal bully pulpit and it's you against the world. I'm sorry but I can't relate to this mentality or accept it as is. I had a friend who acted like this in the real world, always wanting to discuss this extreme rhetoric constantly and to everyone. It's just not the way to live your life and that friendship unfortunately did not last because of it. I still wish you all the best and hope that you can in time come to the realization that it isn't your job to change the world. The world cannot be changed, you can only do so much. This is not a defeatist mindset either, it is just the stark reality. One day the sin of this world will be cleansed, but this cannot be done by man. All the best.. I hope you find true happiness in this life.
