We have the DP32 and we love it! With it we are able to create interesting music together even though we live in different states.

I work with My Church office and sometimes the Media team may be late to set Up, so because I will be there I was shown how to power the Amplifier and mixer for weekly Services. I purposely downgraded my old Zoom recorder (from the H6) to the H4n Pro to be able to record raw vocals alongside a pre-recorded scratch track (WAV files exported from Ableton Live). I use a walk-in closet that is dead acoustically - perfect for vocals. I can't seem to figure out how to load a prerecorded track in MTR mode. I have placed the scratch track in multiple locations in the Folder structure and can't load any of them (though I can see them in File view-all named short, all-caps titles). I am unable to find a single video that explains it. Maybe there is a specific file-naming convention you need to adhere to? This is driving me insane!

Thanks for the video. Just letting you know, your endscreen covers up the sink video pretty well, just as it begins (for me at least.) That can be adjusted in location and timing in KZbin Studio. Great video, but I feel it's incomplete. Yes ground loops happen, and can be solved as per your video. But what's REALLY happening? What specifically a hum? Why not a buzz? Or sometimes both? What's causing a sawtooth like wave to form and not a sine wave? Did it start as a sine wave then get cancelled and sort of turned into a triangle/saw? That's what I'd like to know. Thanks for the video. I feel it's half way there to the complete answer. I'll check out your course.

I think I've found a problem with the capacitive keyboard. When the unit is connected to any external amplifier I've used via LINE OUT I get noise without audio. Moving my hand closer I found that this interference increases even when trying it in a different room to rule out any other interference. I don't get any interference from the headphone output. Has anyone had this problem?

Does anybody know ho to use the metronome in a song?, like ive always rdcorded my rythym guitar first and then my drums which seems weird i guess but i used an old fostex and it was so simple to use the metronome and this boss br900 metronome seems very hard to activate to do a simple click. Do i have to set up a drum part to play with the metronome??? Why not just simply activate the click for a new song?

I did these steps but Reaper didn't even see the mixer. Maybe it was a faulty cable. I'll try again.

hi, i am sending all 16 channels to logic. recording is fine as i monitor as i go from alt out of qu16 to amp. but on playback i get nothing. sound is there in logic, just not making it back to the mixer via usb. please help! cheers

Midas M32 is a clean and easy board, I love ‘em!

Nice video. I use this board at my church amd have grown to like it a lot. I came from the old school world of analog Knob Goblin mixers and outboard gear. I was amazed at how easy it was to convert over to a completely digital board. I still love the analog mixers such as my personal MACKIE 24x 8 BUSS mixer and outboard gear, but this Allen & Heath is a great machine.👍

I almost bought one the other day because I seriously needed those 64 inputs and I love this mixer but when I think about how the companies trick you with this, it’s upsetting and misleading really. It’s not a 64 channel mixer. It COULD, be but it is not. It is a 32 channel mixer. If it has 32 ports and the price of what you are paying can only handle 32 cables, it makes it a 32 channel mixer. That trick or game of words they do with this or Behringer Wing which is truly the biggest game or words since that thing can only connect 12 cables if that, is truly bazar. I have yet to see one company actually be truthful about what they are selling. It’s like the MPG on cars. It could give you 34 MPG if you took out all the seats, left your kids and wife on the side of the road, if weather was 77.5 degrees and if you were going downhill. Ya the car gives you 16 MPG in real life. My Yamaha MGP 32 X has 28 actual entry ports and 4 RCA’s. They claim 32, it has 32. I’ll just buy another one of these and make it 64 because whatever you just explained my friend with those nice looking stage boxes, this mixer comes out to $8000 to actually support 64 channels. Thank you for the video. I’m a little annoyed with them misleading, not with you my friend.

Question for soundman estimates for a live performance with monitors When a guitar player arrives with an acoustic guitar that has a pickup to connect to a DI box And the guitar also has volume and EQ buttons What is the right thing to ask the guitar player? Will all the buttons be on the middle? Volume button at 50%? Will the IQ buttons be flat? One of my concerns is that after I have stabilized GAIN, the guitar player may during a performance change the position of the buttons (for reasons of his own) without me having control over it, but this will affect the color of the sound, and even cause feedback Thanks Miki
