I'm 55 and I still think and act like I did in my 20s and still look like I did in my 30s! I just can't be any other way! Besides bodybuilding my entire life I build full size arcade machines and large light gun arcades with built in jukebox and every arcade and console made all the way up to ps3 and I love pinball as well a advid hunter my entire life and high performance ebikes. I have no thoughts of getting old and my body is going stronger than ever!

That guy squats and deadlifts all that weight, and talks about going hard, yet his physique is very average, maybe he should hop on gear? I thought we were gonna talk about Greg and Mike, this was rather uninteresting.

"Train 7 days a week, ruin relationships, etc..." This dude is an idiot and I am saying it as a dude who was obsessed with lifting weights and getting bigger. I ditched all my friends and to be honest all that training only hindered my progress. I was strong as hell, but even now I am far stronger than the average gym goer with training 3 times a week. I am not a fan of coach Greg, but I agree with him on this. There is far more to life than lifting weights and the path to a happy life is to find balance.

I might be a "boomer" - I am 42, and actually, I don't care - and I don't even know what kind of "insult" this is meant to be, but it is not triggering me and I never heard of a "boomer" who was triggered by that. Using this description to describe somebody older than you just says far more about you than about the "boomer". Just adressed this because this Togi kid used this word... Now the main point, because in the comments nobody adresses this: Am I the only one here who doesn't define being a successful human being by the bank account? Something you learn only with experience and when you arrived at a point in your life where you are financially stable enough that you don't care that much. As long as you are financially stable (which is achieved relatively fast compared to becoming wealthy or rich), you are successful enough from that perspective. The general definition of success has far more layers to it than what this Togi kid is trying to say. Coach Greg is pointing out the negative effects (and the stupidity) of abusing steroids, also using Togi as example, and he reacts by saying "I am more successful than you" ? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I’m 52 have been training 32 years Natty all the way although I use marijuana heavily. It’s a compliment that people assume I’m enhanced and an even bigger compliment that people mistake me for being 20 years younger than I am. Have always only trained 3 days a week but every session is commonly 12-15 exercises 3 sets each blending heavy compound movements low to mid rep range. And volume with machine and cable work in the same session. And cardio on days in between. Natty is the straight and narrow path. It’s all guts and no glory. Comparison is the thief of joy. The Beast is not only natural he’s Super Natural! Chemicals create aging raging Monsters that are unequivocal to the timeless power strength and Beauty of a Beast! Discussions 👍 this are necessary more than the last time!
