LOL, the bell was much louder than what is on the video. The auto level on the flip video camera leveled out the sound. But to hear it in public, was profoundly loud.

You are lucky that it wasn't poison ivy. My Dad got it from digging dirt that he had delivered for something when we lived on the river in Baldwinsville. It was mild the first time, but after that it wasn't. He got it again afterwards from just burning the stuff on the dirt pile and this time was really bad. He got it from the smoke and it hit his eyes, nose, and it was systemic according to the doctor. I don't remember what he was put on, but it sure helped. Dad was a mess. Now me, i can walk through it and not get it.

My wife is incredibly susceptible to poison ivy and doesn't even have to touch it. Just being downwind of it can be enough. That's why it pisses her off that I'm immune to it. I can literally rub poison ivy sap on my skin and nothing happens.

I don't think that's poison ivy. It looks more like black raspberry (or 'black caps'). Note the thorns on the stem and emerging berry blossoms.Poison ivy lies close to the ground and grows upward when it has something to cling to.

Yes you can and you'll be able to do that with the regular 203K loan but not the 203K streamline loan.

9/20/1999 I do know that our bathroom has been remodeled, esp since to door was widened to accommodate a wheel chair. I had a guess as to when, but it's good to know an actual date. Our house paperwork says it was built in 1973.

Not hard to buy, hard to find at the moment. Most investors pay cash and those who are owner occupant type buyers usually need to get a rehab loan like a FHA 203K because of the homes condition.

Haha, I was expecting some "truth" in a negative context. So far everything I've read and seen about cellulose vs blown in fiberglass points to cellulose as the winner. I have the bags I need for my garage ceiling and the truss venting installed, and I'm just waiting for availability of a second person to feed the hopper so I can run the hose and get it done. I have these videos coming up in my suggestions seeing as I did some "research" (I know, it's not the same thing) on what I needed to know (and what not to do). Every time I watch one of these videos I get just a little more confident that I went in the right direction, and DIDN'T go with two different contractors who wanted to use fiberglass insulation.

Yes they might. What you do is go and apply for a home equity line of credit (HELOC) on the house you just closed on for $15,000.
