Bro, you are literally killing yourself with that spray. That's not how to use it. Tie your nose with handkerchief or strong mask, quickly spray the affected areas in under 5 minutes, also spray some in the air and get out of the house. Come back 2 hours later. Alternatively, get fumigators to eradicate them. We relocated back 5 years ago after 25 years abroad (still visiting Europe often due to business). When we acquired our home, we had same problems...had to change the whole kitchen cabinet after fumigation, still the cockroaches came back. What we used to eradicate them finally was a chemical that our cleaners dropped into the water whenever they clean the shelves and floors. Once those pests crawl over, minutes later they're dead. So they were dying left and right including the tiny ones and finally non exists in our home. Welcome back bro!

The new apartment is beautiful. Only cockroaches no go let me relocate back to Naija. Your vlogs are great 👍 you will excel with the hardwork you are putting in. There are solar inverter companies all over and most people now are backing up big time. If you have the money from the diaspora, invest in solar inverters and panels and live in a Band A zone to have 24hrs uninterrupted power. This should not be an excuse bc most returnees have overcome this issue, except those who didn't come with any plan.

@SavioursPOV *Sorry Sir. I don't mean to be disrespectful. You never mentioned your family. And the fact that you are returning after 15 years only to rent ... It just seems as if someone who looks as dynamic as you could be , could have perhaps have been talking about coming home with a car , or to a business or a land. As it stands EVERYTHING you are doing is cash-centric. Respectfully Sir , even the foods you are buying at ShopRite etc ... Even your flat , you said that it was s shortly apartment. The clock is ticking. Nigeria has a remorseless logic when it comes to finances and money.*

@SavioursPOV You are becoming defensive. You have put yourself in the public domain. Surely I can comment respectfully but constructively. I respect your determination to return home. And it has been very interesting watching the steps you took upon landing. I'm wondering why , when you comment , for example on the quality of accommodation, it's acceptable, but when someone comments respectfully on your steps , you throw it back at me. I just think that the Nigeria of today requires a lot of preparation and planning. I have children and a wife here abroad , and there's nothing I can do without including them in the equation. You don't mention anything like that. You don't call them or mention them. So I just feel that if you are looking after only yourself, what have you been doing for 15 years.

@ well it needs to be created within the community or else someone else will do it for their own benefit! Wake up or the faces of the continent will quickly change. They’ve already started! The African marry these other nations for love, the other nations understand business. Take notes from past history! Look at Jamaica even, they don’t own any of their ports and Jamaicans can’t use most of the beaches on the island worth using! Don’t allow China to come or India or Lebanon and change the narrative of your country. Invest in your own country and build a legacy for your children’s children!

What is the average salary in Milan? For a family of 4 and a stay-at-home mom, is it easy to get a salary of 6.000 euros per month?
@SavioursPOV6 ай бұрын
The average gross salary in Milan is around €2,500 to €3,000 per month. Earning €6,000 per month is possible but typically requires a high-paying job in industries like finance, technology, or senior management. For a family of four with a stay-at-home mom, this salary would provide a comfortable lifestyle in Milan, though the city is one of the most expensive in Italy.
@chriszavos6 ай бұрын
@@SavioursPOV This means that the majority of the families that earn 2,500-3,000 euros per person per month cannot afford having a stay-at-home mom. And even then, they can barely cover their family expenses.
