@@Orkus_Dark_Times technically only his abdominal organs were taken out, atleast thats how I understood his death. If we take everything literally none of them could breathe since they are dead. However for the sake of entertainment and to be able to portray panic attacks I chose to let them be able to in my Au even if they do no need to to be undead.
