Colorado has had CWD for as long as I can remember at least 20 years. That entire time and for at least 10 years prior "baiting" of any game with food of minerals has been illegal.this will not slow the spread of this disease. Get involved if you live in Missouri and fight back against the theft of your rights. It is my vague understanding that CWD started in Colorado State University with llamas and alpacas that were infected and then allowed to graze in the same area as deer and elk.

MDC has totally mismanaged Missouri's deer herd and age structure. Missouri has way too many young deer. Too many early gun seasons and too many non resident hunters have caused this. Our state needs to be managed just like Iowa and Kansas.

Guess I should take part in the testing this year. Looks like it is here to stay.

I believe cwd is being introduced into our deer herds by our government. Just like they did covid. All you trophy hunters can suck on it.

Could be the number 1 buck state in the country but can’t change because of “tradition”. Go to a draw state, one buck per person, and move the rifle season to December 1. Missouri’s potential would be unreal.

CWD are unfortunately my initials. But on the positive side, I have hand planted over 45,000 trees by hand with a dibble bar and all the trees are from the Mo Dept of Conservation.

Maybe we could just require the deer to wear cloth masks and keep them from going to church on Sunday.

Would be neat to have more "young buck" tags.. When I see a little spike buck or 4 pointer my inclination is not to take that deer. How about bonus tags if the buck we take is "little" and one tending to roam.

I found one today in my cat's litter box. Do you think it was in the Boxes of Kitty litter from the manufacturer , maybe?last week I got bit by something in my apartment. I still a large bump and from my elbow to my wrist it's red black and blue the size of large hand. What the heck. All I felt was a sting. This was Oct 31 today is 11/8/24.I just hope the bump on my arm doesn't open up and little baby spiders come running out 😳

My closest outdoor range has a "pistol" range that's about 40 yards to the targets , no one really cares what you shoot at what range but there's a lot of people who prefer to walk down range 10 feet in front of those targets and shoot , my brother got into it with those people because they threw a fit he didn't want to stop shooting so they could do so , understandable in my opinion, what's everyones thoughts on this?

Loss hundreds of Ash trees on my farm in WV, didn't get any help from the state,l would estimate that 70% have fell to the ground, it's dangerous to trying to cut trees because the top may break and fall hitting you,l have took my tractor and shoved several over located in the fields.The government said not to transport firewood from from state to state but at the same time saw several logging trucks hauling logs between WV and Ohio,so sad what happened to our beautiful trees
