I bought one, but mine has an O/I button on the bottom (next to the charging port). How do I turn it on? Switching the O/I from O to I button does not work. When trying to charge the massage gun the charging light flashes for a few seconds and then it stays on.

After trying to turn it on a few times, now no light turns on when plugging in the charger. It is practically dead. The sad part is that this is the second massage gun that behaves like that, and both were delivered in sealed boxes.

Yunmai iOS APP does not connect to Bluetooth on mobile. And Their alternative China APP is not available outside of China (I can't download it in my region). So basically I've just bought an overpriced skipping rope. Please fix your APP, it's very irresponsible of your to sell your products with such poor tech support.

Make sure there are no other phone linked the device, then kill the app and try to relink.

@@qifan Thanks for the reply, but to make it clear, my problem is I CANNOT link to it in the first. Therefore, there are NO OTHER phones linked to it. I've also uninstall the APP and reinstalling many times, but nothing works. I'm honestly very disappointed with this connectivity failure aspect of the product, which happens to be a key feature of your product.
