No, it randomly kicked 2 fighters on each team. But it worked out to still feel even

Sooooo many memories. This is probably my favourite final boss, because it's so bombastic and, after all the stuff you have to do just to get to this point, you are guaranteed to be willing to do just about anything to see this guy go down. Seriously, this thing is drawn out so perfectly. I remember the first time I beat him - by the time I'd taken down the world dragon in front of a black hole, and then this guy pulls up with this crap, I was literally screaming 'Would you just DIE already?!' at the screen. Such a good boss😂

About two weeks ago, I bought a copy of Kingdom Hearts 2 for the PlayStation 2 console off Ebay (not the final mix version) and the first many times I ran it, the game worked absolutely fine. However, since last Saturday, things have been going wrong; while in the middle of the "Mulan" level, the screen went black, but the audio continued. Furthermore, when I turned my PS2 back on, the game booted up fine, but after I loaded my previous save file, the screen went black again, and my PS2 kept making these wired whirring noises. I kept the console on fir about 2 and a half minutes, but nothing happened, and I tried the same thing again multiple times over, but to no avail. Then I tried cleaning the disc with toothpaste, but that did nothing. Then I thought, maybe it wasn't the disc that was the problem, but rather the save file; and so, I deleted the old file, but after starting up a new one, the same black screen whirring problem happened yet again. why can't I retrieve saved data from Kingdom Hearts 2 on PS2, but I can with other games? Please can you help me find a solution? Thank you ever so much for your time reading this.
