Thanks for the informative video. Suggestion: if you had your mouse and /or screen programmed to automatically enlarge or focus in (ie focus in closer to the screen to make ot easier for viewers to see the part of the screen you are describing) that would be very helpful. As soon as you move mouse amd then keep it in same place for one second it focuses in ti give a better view, then when you move mouse again you get the higher level view until you land in a place for 1 second. Of have your mouse programmed that right click is "focus in closer ". Because the information in your videos is great but it s hard to see, especially for new Argus users who aren't familiar with the layout of the Argus webpages or screens. Thank you.

Feedback : I think would be good especially for those new to PV, to first give a summary of the case reported and then as you go through the data entry talk about the steps of ICSR processing as a whole that the data you are entering corresponds to ( ie 1. Identifiable patient, 2 identifiable reporter, 3. Suspected drug 4. adverse effect AE or other, or more broadly, data retrieval, data clarification, data entry, data processing, data reporting, associated action plans etc). Thank you
