@@TrishaD.Knight thank you for your advice 😊 I will try the toast with butter and cinnamon. I don’t like eating much sugar. I love to drink water and teas, herbal teas like chamomile or lemon and ginger tea is good. Have you tried healthy teas like that before? Teas and plants are very healing ✨
