BEWARE, THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT ONBUY WHEN THINGS GO WRONG! Their 'OnBuy protection' states that you can message them but this option is only during a conversation with the seller, in which you can click 'get help from OnBuy', after 2 days. I selected this however I didn't hear from OnBuy following a request for assistance 5 later and was forced to raise a case with Paypal, despite OnBuy's response stating 'we will be in touch within 48 hours'. There is also NO phone number, email or messaging system for OnBuy at all, and emails I found for some of Onbuy's leadership team (from some extensive online searching) were completely ignored. *Their feedback and ratings look good, as these scores are from successful transactions, however if a purchase goes wrong there is NO WAY TO CONTACT ONBUY AT ALL.* I almost lost £600 on my purchase but thankfully PayPal assisted me, but I was still out of pocket due to charges.

Landmark Global is absolutely abysmal as a delivery service. Used it for a year and lost count of the issues. It's like asking a forgetful and disinterested 95 year old to deliver your package to an address they've never been to, in a country they can't find.

I tried telling other girls what was happening and then found out they were too scared to report him. Because he's doing the same to them! He threatened my existence and not only that he mentioned my Elderly father and how awful it would be if he would suddenly get run over or stabbed. Since then, I've been living in fear from this monster. Who lives just down the road from me. I've debated going to the police but I'm scared they won't believe me. Because even more fellow team members at Rarewaves didn't believe me except the few that he's also doing it too. About four other girls. The upper management even laughed in my face when i told them, he groped me near the water cooler and they burst out laughing saying he was just trying to get a drink because he was thirsty. I ran out crying that day. Don't think, just men were laughing at me. Some women were too. It was my most cruel memory of my life of all time. Ladies please avoid working at this place. At the very least, until this monster is dealt with and behind bars. Until then please run far far away from this company and Creep Pierre! Thank you for reading. Don't bother with folks. There is practically no support. The Seller Portal is absolute crap. So called 'customer support agents' almost never answer their phones. Their so called 'sales manager' Sam - doesn't even have a message on his voicemail, NEVER answers his phone to me and has NEVER replied to an email. I guess all their agents 'work' form home and couldn't really give a **** . And no landline head-office support. All these guys are interested in is your £40 per month subscription. Woeful!
