i wanna point out how STRONG TSUS is now. Since 2nd lives practically dont exist, you can afford to waste stamina on things like block combos (forced damage), also im pretty sure block doesnt even take stamina anymore, making block combos even BETTER. (i went 0-2500 exp on him within a week)

fun fact, they buffed outer in Sins of the Past, along with remodeled blasters, the remodel also took away their stamina usage, meaning you have free blaster usage

currently getting Insanity EXP (rn on 1600 EXP), what I've found works for me is using Lethal Rush at the beginning of the round and using Slam or Insane Punch most of the time after they get close (usually when I reach 70ish stamina) and using my other attacks if I feel like trying to risk getting good damage in for using up stamina, usually I can stall a round using exclusively just Insane Punch and Slam since both have 0 stamina usage, meaning I can just keep using them with no consequences stamina-wise and just build up more and more till I feel like I have enough to use my other moves or just building up stamina to dodge more

ehhhh, by spamming as underswap paps you're just gonna die easier beacuse of the long cooldowns and with outertale you kinda need to know what you're doing
