It initially looked like this would be a great matchup for the second to last week of the season; a rematch of the Wildcard game from the previous year. Not to mention, the Saints started the season 5-0 and the Eagles 4-0. Instead it ended up being a meaningless game played in a half-empty stadium.

awesome list of games!! however.... this game was from the 93-94 season, not their championship 94-95 season. in the 94-95 season, the niners got beat bad by the eagles; 40-8... before the niners went on a tear and finished 13-3, before beating down the chargers for the SB.

Must have just finished adding the final seats around the end of 1995 For context the eagles officially switched to midnight green for the 96 season and, to me, those uniforms were always synonymous with the vet blue seats and Kelly green with the 70’s orange/red/yellow design

Just hearing that old fox tune gives me chills. Remember running past the tv in the kitchen as a kid and my uncle was glued to the tube no matter what game. I stopped one day to catch a bears vs packers game and the rest is history. Football is life.
