Gee, at one point I didn't think you were going to show the inside of the apartments. Instead of showing shots here and there of the house and inside of the apartments, why didn't you make a whole video of the whole house and have someone narrate the visual tour. This looks like a house/villa to me, are they renting just 3-bedroom apartments from this house or is it the house that is 3-bedroom apartment?????

It's a small villa by the beach with 2 complexes. Each complex has 5 apartments of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms are going for $3,500 USD per month. You can be on the waiting list for an entire year and still can't get a room there.

Laboule 10 is where majority of rich people in Haiti stay. They have 2 entrance gates manned by security guards. In addition, the property has high walls & secure gate. The greater Petion-Ville area, which includes Laboule 10 is the safest neighborhoods in Haiti. If you decide to visit, I will accompany you.

These prices are outrageous. Especially for an unfinished building. What happened to the investment I’m about to do once I rent the place. Because whatever you are planning on doing with you gonna have to paint, add other things to it. Do I get reimburse for that once I leave ?

La tempête tropicale David approche, transformée en un cyclone menaçant. Réveillés en pleine nuit par la tornade, littéralement inondés, ils se sentent comme laissés à eux-mêmes. Au terme de trois semaines d’une tournée harassante, ils veulent rentrer à la maison. Coûte que coûte.
