I'm willing to make a wager that you are talking about a "Day-Na" axle, not a "Dan-Na".... Am I right or am I right?

Waste of money- get a Dana 60 front first... if not you will eventually end up there and a lot of money later.

In order to get the knuckle off do you have to remove the axle half shaft?
@evanwachtendorf2083 Жыл бұрын
It does need to be pulled unfortunately. Just be careful putting it back in not to damage the inner axle seal.

Can someone make it to horsethief basin a 2wd ? 38 yrs ago we stayed up there in some cabins and broke a bunch of horses . Things have changed though. I have a half to 2wd hightop van pulling a 2 horse trailer with a motorcycle in it. Wouldn't want to get stuck. Would be going slow. Just need to know if road is passable

From what I've heard because of the big wild fire they graded the roads up to the lake so its super easy to access... BUT from what I've heard the fire blazed everything around the lake so not sure how scorched it looks currently

@Rob-me1ic3 жыл бұрын
Hey man, did yall try driving it with the tie rods in reverse (upside down an rightside up?) I've ordered a kit without the driver's side knuckle, and that's how I think I'm gonna end up driving it due to budget concerns. Was there more slop?
