I'm interpreting the lack of cutscene when you left the boat behind as the people being so shocked that you got there on foot that they were straight up in denial. Also, bodyslamming that helicopter was badass! Edit: Just finished the video. Wow, I am somehow simultaneously surprised and unsurprised that G-man of all characters was able to challenge the Pizza Tower movement.

I've never played HL1, but I saw a clip on twitter of briget guilty gear bodyslamming helicopters and troops in that game, so it's definitely a maybe someday.
