I have the hardcover and yes I love this book. I was introduced to Tradd Moore's art from Silver Surfer Black. His style is amazing. I can only describe it as a 'Fluid Lava Lamp" Luther Strode is a 10/10

Great place to hang and solid vibes but it's not really a comic shop. No back issues to sift through and they have a limited new comic stock. Go for the hang but definitely not the comics.

Something is killing the children is definitely a great read! I wouldnt call it a horror comic in any way but its fun. Have you read tenement? Or ice cream man? Or harrow county? I highly recommend those if you like horror comics

Awesome idea for a comic book store! A true hangout spot. Unfortunately California is on the other side of the country from me. But I’m sure this would be great for teens and young adults to start forming an interest in comics while hanging out with friends. Bring this to the East coast!

Thats been my LCS for years. Great place, if you can get there on a Saturday they have warehouse shopping in their overflow store. Great prices if your willing to hunt.

I have that Mignola one-shot. Amazing. I feel like he's one of those comic artists that has a million hidden one-shots that I'm constantly discovering.

I only started reading comics recently (in my late 30s), i tend to avoid the big brands (e.g. avengers or justice league). With that said Rick is definitely one of my favourites. "Fear Agent" had really touching ending, "Low" i loved the premise and like you said i was surprised how i changed my mind about certain characters, "Tokyo Ghost" is in my "reading queue", "Black Science" i really enjoyed that series. "Sacrificers" i'm enjoying it so far, I'm also reading his "napalm lullaby" and recently i picked up "grommets" which i guess enjoy since i'm an 80'd kid :D

Great recommendations! I'm definitely going to get my hands on all of them! One fantasy comic that I love is the free online comic Unsounded. The author was inspired by the game vagrant story which is an old favorite of mine as well.
