Proud owner of a yellow 2000 Xterra SE in mint condition, low miles, 2 inch PML in front and springs in back, ungraded shocks all-round, LS diffs front and back, 32 inch tires. Used for mild off road to Forest fire lookouts, hiking trail heads and exploration. Take very good care of my baby, love it and will never sell it ! Would NOT trade it for a brand new Toyota or Jeep ! I've already owned several of both and and my Xterra just hits the spot ! @beardumaw24

Im very glad you liked our beautiful State of West Virginia. I am fortunate to have been born and raised here. Years ago, i took a stock Jeep Liberty across the Cannaan loop. I kept up with lifted Jeep Wranglers. No lift kit, street tires, no air down my tires. I am currently looking at a Nissan Exterra standard transmission. Looking forward to do some mild off roading soon. Who knows maybe we'll meet one day out on the trails. Thank you for this great video.

Cool video, thank you. I am currently looking at a first Gen Nissan Exterra standard transmission. Around 175k miles. I currently own a 2005 Jeep Liberty Renegade 214k miles. I'm a big guy. The Jeep feels small, and the seats are hard and uncomfortable. I enjoyed watching your video.

I posted my question before watching the whole video - I see the tents is a Gazelle Overland Edition. What are its advantages over other tents? I have had many other brand tents over the years but the poles never hold up. Looking for the "better" tent and I am very interested in this one.
@Go4Lo
@Go4Lo 2 жыл бұрын
Check out some vids on the Gazelles. They are spacious and set up and pack down fast. Very well built as well. The T4+ is heavy though so that is something to keep in mind.

Fantastic video!!! We were down there last summer and wow has the washout on rim road ( 40:50) gotten much wider!! The video is on my Thompson creek clip. What drone are you using?
@Go4Lo
@Go4Lo 2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! With Canyon Rim hardly being much of a trail it doesn't make sense to me why they wouldn't repair that wash out, at this point a stock rig can't get through. I like it as it is,but it doesn't match the rest of the trail as far as technical difficulty at all. Those 2 trails are a big tourist draw to the area. My drone is an original DJI mini. I have a mini 3 pro on preorder!!! 😁

I would highly recommend not cutting with the chainsaw above your head! Cut lower you’re using the winch to pull it apart any way. Safe travels cool video

39.78510, -74.60627 Do you really want to go down that trail? There are easier ways to see the tracks. Use the coordinates I just pasted and look at the map on GaiaGPS, you'll see where the tracks run and that there are other wider trails that go by them and cross them. Or you can go through pinstripe hell like I did!!!

This is the coordinates for the start of the bog from hell trail, water was low in the rest of the forest so this trail must usually be worse than what you saw in the video. I wouldn't try that one again unless it hadn't rained in weeks and with at least 1 other rig. 39.72946, -74.73084
