Other than your beautiful website and this channel, which seems relatively new, I'm having a hard time finding more info on your product and it almost seems too good to be true. When was Textla started and how has it evolved since? Are there any 3rd party reviewers I can check out? A friend who runs our community garden wants an easy sms solution for getting the word out about their produce offerings each weekend as well as other special events. Textla seems like a good choice.

I keep getting an error message that I'm requiring people to sign up to use my services when I'm using the same verbiage in the video verbatim beside my personal info. So, I'm not sure what the problem is? Is this something that I need to let customers opt-in for general messages and then opt-in for marketing messages?

No - an approved A2P 10DLC verification can have up to 100 numbers assigned to it at any given time.

Hi, Is this still the case. When I go to the Twillio Help Center, there is no Submit A Ticket link. When I do try and submit a ticket, it says I don't have access to this and offers a £250 / month subscription to allow me to do it. Is somehting wrong or is this the new norm. Wouldn't mind but I spend about $600 per month and want to query a top up value. Thanks.

So basically, there's no way to NOT register this 10DLC thing? The people at Twilluo blacklisted me for still unknown reason. I literally had 15 back and forth emails and these people were illiterate because they kept going in circles. Then i signed up for REI Reply as their sub account but it was really hard to set up my campaigns and after paying for almost a year, i just threw in the towel. A fellow investor referred me to you and said i could use your service without doing the 10DLC so my assumption was that it's something similar to REIReply (he wasn't sure on the "how"). So is it something I can set up that way with you or was he confused? Thanks

Hey Anabella! Sole proprietor brands are limited to 1 campaign. You will need to upgrade the brand to Low-Volume Standard to add multiple campaigns :)

Hi Jake! We're an LLC and have a brand registered and sharing our A2P brand with sub-accounts. is there an option to create another A2P registered brand with the same account? or can only one brand be registered with the main account? We've actually run short on campaign limits and our campaigns are being rejected since they said we've reached campaign registrations and we'll need to create another brand. Would i have to create a new main account and register an A2P brand from the start or can I make another brand in the existing account? I would appreciate some guidance regarding this, thanks!

Hey there! Unfortunately I'm not super sure I have an answer for this one. It may be worth registering a secondary customer profile, and seeing if you can register a new brand under it. Additionally - are you on a Direct customer account or an ISV account? I believe ISV's should have the ability to generate multiple Brands in the same parent account.

Hey! Just to confirm, are you signing up from this page: ui.idp.vonage.com/ui/auth/registration Additionally, are you using a company email? ([email protected]) Sometimes the use of "freemails" such as gmail or yahoo can trigger additional security steps inside of your account. If this is the case - be sure to check your email for any "Information requests" from the Vonage team.

Yes - you are able to use Vonage Voice and text at the same time on one account. You are just not able to have multiple ongoing calls at the same time with the same number 😁

Yes - the only cost will be $2.15 for the toll free number, and the SMS / MMS usage + carrier fees. If you are utilizing calling, this will be billed at $0.01 / minute. Additionally if you are planning on using some Twilio API's, these can sometimes have minimal cost associated. Feel free to respond with any Twilio APIs you plan on using, and I'd be happy to send over any additional pricing that may apply! If you use Textla - there will be no extra Twilio API fees. And correct - you can send "unlimited" messages with one toll free number. There is a technical cap of 44,000 messages every 4 hours due to the length of the Twilio queue - feel free to check out this video for more details on that: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jpuriJ5mn76sbLs&ab_channel=Textla *With Textla, you are not subject to that queue cap, as we have our own queue built with no cap*
