An intelligent, refined and articulate ivy-league chairman giving leadership advice at University of Denver is like a body builder giving diet advice at a vegan festival-nearly all those people won’t be able to run with it. Ivy-league leadership has an entirely separate purpose for society than state or university students. Although resting instead of coasting is great advice, and motivating to hear from Rob. When it comes to company’s employee attitudes which bleed into customer interactions, it is far less in control of that single company as much as the board of directors believe in themselves. As many hours of the day a job requires, there are innumerable variables which ultimately determine the demeanor and employee/customer dynamic that no board of directors and it’s management team would be able to control. The management team may be able to mitigate minor processes and possibly the worst of what could go wrong, but keeping employees happy involves influences within culture and society which that company has little to no reach into. Major companies now force people into forfeiting their faith by disregarding the Sabbath day, which essentially destroys the soul of the employees. My guess is that employees will become so depressed and sick of their indentured servitude, having no means to fill the spiritual void scarred into them, that major corporations will inevitably legalize marijuana at a federal level to keep their employees sedated and placated throughout the Workday. Facebook will play an important role throughout this transition. It will unfortunately be a bandaid type of approach which will have worse long term effects than projected.

so just how much more would an idea of good value for the community at large be able to be and serve, etc etc? With the (unlikely?) transition to new administration and accordingly much control now five years past, we would perhaps want to consider the size of the corporation is relatively small. Yes when one hears the dollar amount of 15B it seems big but food is top of the priority list, y/n? tbc

Ciocetti I hope you read this my dude! In ethics bootcamp speeches, this guy would instantly go from smiling to publicly failing some Chinese student for checking their phone to wrapping up his diatribe on his own ethical ethos. It was a fabricated cult of personality that came off so wrong to everyone.

How nice it is that this man Howard Schultz was allowed his God given rights as an American in order to become successful. Success is more than $. As a victim of 22 yrs of ongoing Technological Torture in America I take great exception to his making money at my life's expense. Morally and ethically Mr. Schultz has an obligation. With more money comes more responsibility. Where has this man been for 22 yrs while his customers use my body as a human target to put their name on a claim? And the two eyes in my head say they spend it at Starbucks. In Washington they voted $30. per year license tabs. But I estimate they spend at least $6,000. per yr at Starbucks. Howard who supplie(d)s a tremendous amount of retail franchises must use the roads considerably to his profitable business benefit. So why didn't Howard Schultz who has been SO successful, tell the WA ST Gov their response "you just won't get your roads paved" after the Tim Eyman initiative was unacceptable? No wonder you were successful. You partake in the practice of niggaring and I am convinced that is the only way to prosper in America these days. Who in the hell do you think you are, Jesus Christ, you must have a horrible Tea complexity. Now. Stop this crime. P. S. Ask the new CEO from Microsoft how are the customers paying? Fictitious money? And how much money from license tabs in WA goes towards small business?

Also, I was in Enactus for several years learning Business and Entrepreneurship and we had competitions as well as hiring events. Great opportunities for networking! Thank you again :-)
