Amazon moved all its seller support to the website, which gets you overseas (by the names in emails, India which cannot give a telephone number to Catalog, Listing, Support, which response in 48 to 72 hours are 2 to 2 1/2 times longer than that, removed the Seller Support Calls through the AP. The last person I was able to talk overseas said the above no longer have direct lines. All emails received have no reply mailboxes (do not reply) which if you try. The Irony is I am supposed to ask the thief for permission to list my brand which I have had in US Interstate Trade since 2012, and guess what that counts as Trademarked if I go to registers, but...there's a six month waiting backlog at USPTO. Doesn't Amazon make enough money to offer live seller support for sellers in the USA? (Rhetorical Question dripping with Irony...).

Great video thank you. Amazon says I misused another brands IP rights. I didn't. I never received any notification is my Performance Dashboard. Amazon removed my brand rights and I can no longer edit my listings. I have contacted seller support and was told my brand could not be used. They directed me to Amazon Brand Support but there is not a "contact me" option. I never misused another brands IP. I never received a violation warning. Do I have any options? I am in the supplement business. There is no way I can use another brands IP and i have agreements with all my manufactuters.

Lots of good information thank you ! we just started doing bundles and some of the bundles we make are feature offer eligible and they’re starting to sell and then other bundles when the listing is active it will never give us the feature offer. It says (feature offer eligible No) does this have to do with certain categories or gating, etc… ?

When selling accessories, I cannot engrave my brand on the accessories themselves. Is stamping my brand on the Earring Cards (the paper the earrings come attached onto) ok? Will that be accepted as it's permanently attached onto the packaging?

Do you create bundles with a main product that amazon is selling? Therefore you make your margin on the other items in the bundle? Or i wonder if playing in amazon's playground means they might throttle the bundle listing.

I need help understanding how to list bundled products on Amazon. Specifically, I want to list a bundle featuring items from a registered brand, but I source these items from a distributor. Although I am authorized to resell them individually, I am unsure about bundling them for sale on amazon. Unfortunately, I haven't found any instructional videos on this topic. Hey-- I do $50k/Month on Amazon selling nothing but used Cameras -- the margins I make completely makes my 20% return rate and the "amazon siding with customer" argument a moot point-- also, all the cameras they return that Amazon marks as "customer damaged"? 90% of these are absolutely functional --- I test, repackage, and ship them back out to FBA.
