Has far as I seen you can Hit the switch to turn off the light and still have the auto start/stop is able and it will remember the next time you get in

REALLY hope Ford releasing performance tune for the Ranger Raptor pushes chevy to possibly give us a tune that at least lets us take full advantage of 91-93 octane. That would give another bump to mpg when you aren't playing.

I did mine about 2 weeks ago. Went smooth. About 3-4 hrs. No issues (knock on wood). I've noticed some gas mileage improvement too. I did read somewhere that they did something with the transmission shifting. Also noticed they removed the gas mileage meter and replaced it with single trip since start up gas mileage gauge. Actually got up to 25mpg on my way into tower this morning. That's about all I noticed aside from what you already mentioned.

We love our '23 Trail Boss, haven't had any issues either (knock on closest piece of wood). Just curious how long it took them to complete your service for the update.

Transitions between screens isa little weird now and I think they sharpened up some of the displays.

I wish they would make it to where it's automatically off whenever you start your vehicle. If you want to use it then you have to push the button to turn it on.

@@rickjarosi361 they can be added on whenever. Dose make it easy to just put them on With it out the bumper on the truck but can still be done

The GM designers explanation of not allowing the 4 windows to is safety. Hopefully making you look to ensure people and/or pets aren't hanging out the windows.

I just test drove the Colorado RZ2, the Colorado ZR2 BISON and the GMC Canyon AT4X . The BISON was my least favorite but it looks awesome and for pure off-road it would be my first choice . The ZR2 is easily the best deal and I cannot imagine someone not liking or even loving it. I ended up with the Canyon AT4X( desert sand metallic) . The interior of the canyon AT4X is really next level..... When I first started truck shopping I thought I would end up with a Tacoma. I previously looked at the Tacoma but I found it too cramped ( I am 6 feet and 215 lbs), plus it is crazy expensive for what you get( or maybe I should say for what you don't get). Toyota is going to have to drop the price of those things if they want to compete. ..My legs really feel locked in in the Tacoma. It kinda made me feel claustrophobic . The Colorado and canyon felt like I could move around in it more. They just felt much more comfortable plus you also get so much more for your money( at least imo). The ZR2 is a crazy good deal for what you get compared to anything else out there.

Any desire for the Bison? I’m tempted but I feel like I’m ultimately ending up with a slower vehicle, losing an MPG, and I’m not doing hardcore rock climbing or anything. Just trails and water and mud.

the bison is really the same truck , but it has a few goodies with it 33s vs 35s my truck doesn't have skid plates vs the bison dose. mine had just a plastic front bumper vs the bison has a steal front bumper that is winch ready.. other then a few small things I don't think its worth the money unless you get a good deal on it. it has the same gears, same motor, same power, same trans. inside is the same but maybe a the word bison on it. dose have a bison sticker on the side of it. but that just my option

Just ordered this same kit: 1" - 2" lift, +50lb/in spring, diff drop. I currently do not have any added weight up front (bumper/winch), but made sense as I'm just planning ahead. I also will not be lifitng the full 2", as i dont have any lift on the rear yet so will just be leveling out for now. What has been your experience till now with regards to ride quality on and off road?

@@1slwmoforc With the eibach springs the ride quality is just amazing both on and off road . Feels like it floats on clouds lol , If your going to 35s go the full 2” I’m rubbing a little but I’m right in the middle of the collar I gotta raise it up. Just been lazy , may do that today. If your ever gonna raise the rear I would high recommend doing the add a leaf in the rear !

@alwaysdifferent that is exactly my plan: once I get the add-a-leaf and install it, I'll lift to 2" up front to level it out once more. Planning on 35's wrapped around a set of 703's. Thanks for the response. I was a little apprehensive on the +50 lbs/in afraid it would make it too stiff up front, but the ZR2 is sooo soft from factory that don't feel it to be as responsive as it should be when turning. It also leans forward too much while braking. These +50's should correct that a bit.

@@1slwmoforc I agree !! The stock springs are way too soft. I think you will be just fine. Doing it now before adding a bumper. Will definitely help stop the nose diving when hitting the brakes.

Don't like the shape ..hate the look of the lights ...the circles on either side of the lights ..what are they for ..design ? Terrible ..don't like how narrow it gets on the wrap around . Can make it look beefy and add rivets like the wheel surrounds have .... Only my opinion obviously a bunch of people like it . Just not me

I understand what you’re saying. I wasn’t trying to be a dick to you by any means . I just like when people put a little bit more than just saying it looks like crap . to me pictures and video. I don’t really do too much of a justice to it in person it looks heck of a lot better. It is supposed to be a slim fit and really tucked in. I can always give them that feedback too. if you’re talking to the circles around where the fog lights are at it’s a honeycomb design is still maximum light from the fog lights or talking about where rigid lights are at actually supposed to be LP4 and for the wing wise, it actually sits up above where the facia bottom part is so it gives you a little bit more clearance. Sorry I’m currently driving to the trailhead.
