Conch, chakra, and club in hand, Mahalakshmi, salutations to you. नमस्ते गरुडारूढे कोलासुरभयङ्करि । सर्वपापहरे देवि महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥ २॥ namaste garuDArUDhe kolAsurabhaya~Nkari | sarvapApahare devi mahAlakShmi namo.astu te || 2|| गरुड़पर आरूढ़ हो कोलासुरको भय देनेवाली और समस्त पापोंको हरनेवाली हे भगवति महालक्ष्मि ! तुम्हें प्रणाम है ॥ २ ॥ Salutations to you, seated on Garuda, cause of fear for Lord Saturn, remover of all sin, Goddess Lakshmi, salutations to you. सर्वज्ञे सर्ववरदे सर्वदुष्टभयङ्करि । सर्वदुःखहरे देवि महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥ ३॥ sarvaGYe sarvavarade sarvaduShTabhaya~Nkari | sarvaduHkhahare devi mahAlakShmi namo.astu te || 3|| सब कुछ जाननेवाली, सबको वर देनेवाली, समस्त दुष्टोंको भय देनेवाली और सबके दुःखोंको दूर करनेवाली, हे देवि महालक्ष्मि! तुम्हें है ॥ ३ ॥ All-knowing, boon giver for all, cause of fear for all the wicked, remover of all sorrow, Goddess Lakshmi, salutations to you. सिद्धिबुद्धिप्रदे देवि भुक्तिमुक्तिप्रदायिनि । मन्त्रमूर्ते सदा देवि महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥ ४॥ siddhibuddhiprade devi bhuktimuktipradAyini | mantramUrte sadA devi mahAlakShmi namo.astu te || 4|| सिद्धि, बुद्धि, भोग और मोक्ष देनेवाली हे मन्त्रपूत भगवति महालक्ष्मि ! तुम्हें सदा प्रणाम है ॥ ४ ॥ Goddess, who gives success and intelligence completely, she who generously gives enjoyment and liberation, who is the form of the mantra, Goddess Lakshmi, salutations to you. आद्यन्तरहिते देवि आद्यशक्तिमहेश्वरि । योगजे योगसम्भूते महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥ ५॥ Adyantarahite devi Adyashaktimaheshvari | yogaje yogasambhUte mahAlakShmi namo.astu te || 5|| हे देवि ! हे आदि-अन्त-रहित आदिशक्ते! हे महेश्वरि ! हे योगसे प्रकट हुई भगवति महालक्ष्मि ! तुम्हें नमस्कार है ॥ ५ ॥ Beginningless and endless goddess, Supreme Goddess of the universe, she who is yoga and is born of yoga, Goddess Lakshmi, salutations to you. स्थूलसूक्ष्ममहारौद्रे महाशक्ति महोदरे । महापापहरे देवि महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥ ६॥ sthUlasUkShmamahAraudre mahAshakti mahodare | mahApApahare devi mahAlakShmi namo.astu te || 6|| हे देवि ! तुम स्थूल, सूक्ष्म एवं महारौद्ररूपिणी हो, महाशक्ति हो, महोदरा हो और बड़े-बड़े पापोंका नाश करनेवाली हो। हे देवि महालक्ष्मि ! तुम्हें नमस्कार है ॥ ६ ॥ The great terror (Durga) of gross and subtle (wicked beings), supreme power, engulfing all, redemptions of the universe, remover of the great sins, Goddess Lakshmi, salutations to you. पद्मासनस्थिते देवि परब्रह्मस्वरूपिणि । परमेशि जगन्माता महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥ ७॥ padmAsanasthite devi parabrahmasvarUpiNi | parameshi jaganmAtA mahAlakShmi namo.astu te || 7|| हे कमलके आसनपर विराजमान परब्रह्मस्वरूपिणी देवि ! हे परमेश्वरि ! हे जगदम्ब ! हे महालक्ष्मि ! तुम्हें मेरा प्रणाम है ॥ ७ ॥ Seated on a lotus, the Goddess, whose nature is the transcendent infinite, transcendent ruler, mother of the world, Goddess Lakshmi, salutations to you. श्वेताम्बरधरे देवि नानालङ्कारभूषिते । जगत्स्थिते जगन्मातर्महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥ ८॥ shvetAmbaradhare devi nAnAla~NkArabhUShite | jagatsthite jaganmAtarmahAlakShmi namo.astu te || 8|| हे देवि तुम श्वेत वस्त्र धारण करनेवाली और नाना प्रकारके आभूषणोंसे विभूषिता हो। सम्पूर्ण जगत्‌में व्याप्त एवं अखिल लोकको जन्म देनेवाली हो। हे महालक्ष्मि ! तुम्हें मेरा प्रणाम है ॥ ८ ॥ Clad in white clothes, adorned with various ornaments, mother of the world, abiding in the world, Goddess Lakshmi, salutations to you. Benefits Mahalakshmi Ashtakam फलश्रुति । महालक्ष्म्यष्टकस्तोत्रं यः पठेद्भक्तिमान्नरः । सर्वसिद्धिमवाप्नोति राज्यं प्राप्नोति सर्वदा ॥ mahAlakShmyaShTakastotra.n yaH paThedbhaktimAnnaraH | sarvasiddhimavApnoti rAjyaM prApnoti sarvadA || जो मनुष्य भक्तियुक्त होकर इस महालक्ष्म्यष्टक स्तोत्रका सदा पाठ करता है, वह सारी सिद्धियों और राज्यवैभवको प्राप्त कर सकता है ॥ ९ ॥ The devotee who chants this verse of eight stanzas to Goddess Lakshmi gains all success and gains sovereignty at all times. एककाले पठेन्नित्यं महापापविनाशनम् । द्विकालं यः पठेन्नित्यं धनधान्यसमन्वितः ॥ ekakAle paThennityaM mahApApavinAshanam | dvikAla.n yaH paThennitya.n dhanadhAnyasamanvitaH || जो प्रतिदिन एक समय पाठ करता है, उसके बड़े-बड़े पापोंका नाश हो जाता है। जो दो समय पाठ करता है, वह धन-धान्यसे सम्पन्न होता है ॥ १० ॥ He who always recites once daily, gains destruction of great sin; he who recites twice daily, always is endowed with wealth and food. त्रिकालं यः पठेन्नित्यं महाशत्रुविनाशनम् । महालक्ष्मीर्भवेन्नित्यं प्रसन्न वरदा शुभा ॥ trikAlaM yaH paThennityaM mahAshatruvinAshanam | mahAlakShmIrbhavennityaM prasanna varadA shubhA || जो प्रतिदिन तीन काल पाठ करता है उसके महान् शत्रुओंका नाश हो जाता है और उसके ऊपर कल्याणकारिणी वरदायिनी महालक्ष्मी सदा ही प्रसन्न होती हैं ।॥ ११ ॥ He who recites it three times daily always gains destruction of great enemies, and (Goddess Lakshmi) the pure giver of boons would be always pleased. महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते । mahAlakShmi namo.astu te Goddess Lakshmi, salutations to you. ॥ इतीन्द्रकृतं महालक्ष्म्यष्टकं सम्पूर्णम् ॥

Amazing recitation 🙏🏻 Also, by Sri Gurukrupa would like to share that while chanting the stotras, we should concentrate on each word, so that we understand the qualities it represents. And then by the blessings of Paramatma you realize that, the devi herself is very much working in her sagun roop through all of us! All the women that we see around us, possess these very same qualities, but we fail to see the divinity in them! You then understand that everyone who feeds us, cooks for us, are our 'ANNAPURNA DEVI ! The women who work honestly in these security forces with great might and courage, ARE 'DURGA SHAKTI'. The ones who work selflessly, striving for the betterment of her workplace, completely devoted to her work, ISN'T THAT THE 'RADHA SHAKTI' ? Talking about Sri Lalita Sahasranama, firstly, AREN'T ALL THE MOTHERS 'SRI MATA' ? Because all women have within them the motherly qualities and capabilities of nurturing literally anyone! All those women who face so many hardships to take care of their families, we should understand, all representative of the divine quality - 'CHIDAGNIKUND SAMBHUTA.' Any woman that we see whose 'MIND, BODY & INTELLIGENCE ' is purified, that herself is 'TRIPUR SUNDARI' But it's our folly, that we bow down with folded hands in front of a murti made by us humans, but fail to see the REAL DEVI SHAKTI around us, the murti which is made by that Paramatma Shakti itself ! We look at those women, be it someone in your house or your helper or anyone, with inferiority ! We don't see the divinity in them, but instead look at them with vaasna (lust) ! Please understand, the Devi that we see in any photo, does she look any different from a woman standing next to you? There itself we must understand that it is just this Paramatma shakti and nothing else who is working through all of us and you will understand that, by whatever name you call it, be it Devi or Ganpati or Hanumanji, these are not some mystical super human deities which we need to attain, but are very much around us, at all times, in their sagun roop, which we need to recognise! Just like in Srimad Bhagwad Gita, Sri Krishna says- ईश्वर: सर्वभूतानां हृद्देशेऽर्जुन तिष्ठति | भ्रामयन्सर्वभूतानि यन्त्रारूढानि मायया ||18.61 - dwelling in the very heart of all beings, he himself directs us in certain particular ways to act, i.e., everyone around us are all working on and because of his shakti and thus represents those very qualities. I am only sharing my learnings and experiences , which I got through the blessings of my Gurus, and not for enforcing my opinions on anyone, but imagine how beautiful the World would be if we start recognizing the SAGUN PARAMATMA around us, who by catering to the smallest of our needs, makes our lives, livable! ।। ॐ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय ।। Hari Om Tat Sat 🙏🏻 🙏🏻
