This is not spatial audio. This is just unprocessed stereo audio. In order to use spatial audio in Unity, you need to define a spatialization plugin like Steam Audio, Oculus Spatializer, or Google Resonance.

Thanks for your feedback. The audio on this video post is a realtime stereo output from Unity, the reason being that the video is a traditional 2D render of the user-navigable 360 environment, not a 360 video and not the actual experience. It's a binaural mix because it's a demonstration of what the spatial audio sounds like from within the experience. What you hear is a direct output from the audio listener component on Unity's first-person character prefab using the Oculus Spatializer and no post production whatsoever was done on it, so the perspective shifts that you hear are 100% the result of the virtual camera movement and player position. This is a prerecorded walkthrough of the fully interactive VR experience, not the experience itself.
