Mam.. One query For katuyanam rice. How much time we should soak in water, water ratio How many whistle in cooker.. Pls guide mam

You have to soak minimum 6 hours.Cooking time 15 minutes after first whistle and in low flame after that.

But today afternoon tried cooking it cooker. Only after 20 whistles it was cooked properly. Soaked for 4 hours Pls tell water ratio as well mam.

No diet can give Vitamin D .He has to stand under Sun for minimum 20 minutes.

மெனிஸ்கல் டியர் 12 வருடம் முன் வந்த போது ஆபரேஷன் செய்ய ஒரு டாக்டர் சொல்ல,மற்றொருவர் பிஸியோதெரபி செய்ய அட்வைஸ் செய்தார்,பிஸியோ செய்த பின் சரியானது,இப்ப 60வயதில் உடல் ஆடுது,தூங்கலைன்னா ரொம்ப ஆடுது,வயது 61,பிபி 50 வயதிலிருந்தும்,,சுகர் கடந்த இரு ஆண்டாக இருக்கு,under control .தினமும் stretch exercise 25 நிமிடமும் ,35 நிமிடம் வாக்கிங் விடாமல் செய்கிறேன்,ரொம்ப active ஆக இருப்பேன்,ஆன உடல்( swaying like)ஆட்டம் வருவதால் வெளியில் செல்ல பயமாக உள்ளது,இதற்கு அந்த மெனிஸ்கல் டியர் வலது முட்டியில் ஏற்பட்டது காரணமாக இருக்குமா,

I m also aging Completed my 67.I too went to sparrc 7 years before for my ligament problem as i fall down.Even now i m continuing in fitness programme.I m positive by nature.Trying to be normal.Even if i keep quiet without exercise for 20 days also i get all pains.We have to keep ourselves fit in all ages.வருமுன் காப்போமாக இருப்பது நல்லது.

Hi.Mam ,நான்சொல்ல நினைத்ததை நீங்க சொல்லிட்டீங்க.எனக்கு Meniscus tear grade -2 ,operation தான் only option என்று ortho Dr,சொல்லிவிட்டார்.Mrs Suja kannan Pugazhendhi யிடம் opinion கேட்டேன்.உடனே Dr.இடம் பேசி oppoinment வாங்கி கொடுத்தார்.ஒரே மாதத்தில் உங்களை நடக்க வைக்கிறேன் என்று அவர் promise பண்ணியபடி மூன்றே மாதங்களில் Sparrc therapist கொடுத்த strengthening,stretches மூலம் முழுமையாக recover ஆகிவிட்டேன் .
