@@baldilocks1914 inserting the headphones closes a switch which turns the radio on. When you pull the headphones out, the radio is automatically turned off.

Just bought the re-issue and am super stoked to get it! It’s looks like a spot on match to the original even down to the size. So glad they resisted the urge to make it bigger than the original.

Very splendid model,i have a casio blue thunder with the caroussel and also analogic time,so nice,it was the time when casio,seiko or citizen had realy good qualitY watches in steel..they work yet perfectly,but hard to find in good condition
