Yes, you can definitely lease. Only condos can be owned by foreigners for now.

Hi, ma'am @Edelie. Thanks for your inquiry. Condo dues is at around Php 100/sqm. We currently have resale or brokerage units, as well as ready for occupancy (RFO) and pre-selling condos from the developer themselves. :)
