as a fellow upstate ny girlie I FEEL YOU about wearing "out of the ordinary" clothes!! like, that skirt wasn't even crazy but people will STARE when you're not wearing skinny jeans and hoodies. I'm moving out to the west coast soon and can't wait to live my best fashion life

I'm not sure if you would be able to apply for fall, but definitely take a look at what the spring deadline is and see if you can get in for spring semester! if you really want to try for fall, you'll have to contact their admissions office and see what they can do! the deadline was likely January, so depending on the program, it could already be filled🧐 good luck!

I stumbled upon your channel bc of your tattoo tour, and man i constantly dread nostalgic memories about the past and how great certain things seemed and then im like "i wish things were like that now" but then i remember that no matter what, things changed and its pretty unlikely they'll ever go back to what they were and im left like "damn guess i dont have a choice but to look forward towards the future/live in the now" lol 🙃

I loved it! There are a lot of pros and some cons for sure, and it’s definitely not a typical college experience. But if you aren’t looking for a typical college experience, I think it’s amazing. It’s expensive though, and nyc lifestyle is definitely not for everyone, so I always recommend coming to the city for a few days to really explore and get a feel for life here (if you can!) overall, I’d do it again in a heartbeat. But it certainly presented some difficult challenges and abundance of opportunity!

Since I wasn’t fashion design I can’t speak from personal experience, but I would think you should bring some stuff! There are sewing machines in the workrooms, but not a ton so having your own would be good!

This exact thing happened to me! My counselor failed to send my transcript literally a month after too. I had them send my transcript, and it just got there early April. I’ve just been waitlisted too and I’m so anxious for the possibility of acceptance.

I know they have some moisturizers that would be alright for anti aging! But honestly, I’d save your money and look into some other brands for anti aging products. I don’t see any of their skincare as being super beneficial when it comes to aging, fine lines, etc. I’d recommend getting started on a retinol (the ordinary has some great options that are super affordable!). Retinol will be your best friend when it comes to skin health and appearance. Also SPF!

This is such a beautiful lesson! Definitely in my 20s I placed parts of my identity to my work and apart of my work was moving often. Slowing down and having the space to slow down is SUCH a treat! Love this for you Madison!

Hello, I recently got a offer from FIT. But, I've still haven't finish my grade 12 yet and FIT didn't really give me an information on what GPA I should have for my remaining high school grades. do they not have something like a conditional offer? After they decide to accept me, that's the end? even if I get bad grades for the remaining courses I have left for grade 12, I am still accepted?

@@Maadthreads Hey! thanks for the answer but actually on my offer letter, it had some conditions I needed to meet. One of them was my Final transcript submission because I dint graduate high school yet. But, my problem was that on the offer letter, there weren't any specific GPA requirement I had to maintain for the rest of my grade 12 high school subjects. Do you know anything about this conditions regarding how much GPA I should maintain and would my admission be rescinded if my GPA gets lower?

@@Maadthreads it's a constant learning process! One thing that helps me dial in the grind is tasting the shot before I mix it with anything. This can help you get a feel for whether or not you're extracting well. Good luck!

@@Maadthreads happy to help! Remember, when you're tasting, that sour means under-extracted (grind is too coarse), and bitter means over-extracted (grind is too fine). It's about finding a happy medium with the grind, this will be different for every coffee.

If you go to the doc martens online store and pick the 1461 in the women section in size 6uk and then you pick the 1461 in size 6uk in the men section you end up having the 1461 in quantity of 2. There is no difference between the men model and the women’s model. Nevertheless it is true that the 1461 is narrower than the 1460.

There is not one medical condition that prevents someone from being vegan. It's the scientific consensus that a plant-based diet cam be healthy for all stages of life. Veganism is not some privilege, as some of the cheapest foods are plant-based.

I don’t think this is entirely true. I don’t think it’s fair to say that there is one way to eat for everyone. Food is inaccessible in many places so sometimes it’s not about what you want to eat, it’s about what you can access. I’ve personally known people who became very sick after cutting certain things out of their diets, so in my opinion I think we just need to be open minded and more accepting that everyone is facing a different reality and not everyone can just be plant based. My philosophy with it is just to be kind, be understanding, and also be realistic about things. Not everyone’s circumstances are the same, so we can’t expect everyone to eat the same way.

UPDATE FROM MY OTHER ACCOUT! I just want to warn you all AGAINST using the Kristen ess hair gloss. Reflecting on this video 6 months later, that product caused irreversible damage to my hair. Since using it, I have been struggling with extreme hair loss, and NOTHING has helped to fix this. I have been considering shaving my head because of the damage this product did. So PLEASE I advise you, don’t use it !!
