nice exeprience! Now, I also managed to fly in evergreen deluxe Class but only for the Taipei-Manila route. When I book my flights tickets in economy, I could reserve my seats in advance and if you are lucky, you can choose the remaining seats in this class for short haul only. It was a unique experience in the nose section. You can watch the videos in my channel. Unfortunatly, the B747 combis of eva air are stored since january 2015 and the B747 full pax version phased out last month.. Now eva air has only twin engines planes for commercial flights.

Wow Great landing. I know A380 body gears face forward instead of leaning back like 747. So I thought it would be always hard landing.

Yes I certainly did ! Although the entire flight from Melbourne to Dubai was in darkness so I didn't get to enjoy the view. Economy class in the 380 is great though :)

thanks! okay i will ask at the check in.. yes i will fly with a B777 from Paris to Taipei, but the connecting flight for Manila will be a B747 combi, it was written in the paper when i book my flight!, but yes they are phasing out... cause starting to april 2013, EVA air will use the airbus A330-200 for the Taipei/Manila route!

I will fly with EVA Air next month in a B747 for the Taipei-Manile route! how could i get my seat in the deluxe class cabin? cause i saw a video of a guy who fly with EVA Air from Seattle to Taipei in a B777 economic class, but when he took his connecting flight for manila in this B747 combi, he was in the deluxe class! I already book my flight last month Paris-Manila via Taipei, but i wonder, how could i have a seat in deluxe flight too!

It's ECONOMY deluxe class. It might not be first class on stupid Singapore Airlines (disgusting, authoritarian country), but how many other airlines charge only $1500 for nice seats, good food and a front-cabin location on a trans-continental route?
