I watched the Haynes Manual video before this and was wondering why they were carrying out so many unnecessary steps. Yours gets the job done in a quarter of the time, with much less chance of damaging something else in the process.

I was under the impression I would have to replace the whole cable and I was dreading it! But my cable hasn't snapped, it's the same issue you're having here. So would I be ok to just replace the top half of the cable and not the part that goes into the car? That would make this job so much easier!!

Those are not the BMW tires that come with that car. It don't fit. Struts rubbing tire causing burning sensation.... Answer: Professional lift kit Or Use a mallot or small jack pump and lift the bottom shock Spacers might help too

First put car in service mode.. before you begin. If you do not the ecu (computer) will give error after install breakpads
