Steps of operation 1) Measure around pool in two foot increments. 2) Create two points 20 feet apart and measure from each two foot mark to the two points. 3) This information is used by the liner manufacturer for the outline, you also need depth measurements also. 4) Once the Liner has arrived, remove old liner and dispose. 5) Repair, calk and clean pool. This took me about a day of cleanup and repair work. 6) I also purchased or made all new rubber gaskets for all steps, light, jets and skimmers. 7) I probably didn't have to but I purchased all new stainless steel screws for the project. 8) I filled on the steps with cut plywood so the liner would have something be duck taped to for vacuum. 9) The liner came back with four points labeled. So I "tried" to get these four points attached first, this reduces the about of slack or lack of material. Don't try to start and one end and go around the liner. 10) Go from each of the four points inward to complete each section. 11) Once complete use a shop vac to suck the air out so the liner formes to the shape of the pool. 12) Start filling with water, once a couple of feet of water is in the pool cut out the bottom drain. 13) Fill to the bottom of the steps, this is the next lowest area. 14) Put in the gaskets and frame around the steps and continue filling. 15) At this point with the pool up against the vertical sides you can cut in the Jets, Light and Skimmers. 16) Once this is done you can remove the vacuum . 17) Fill until full and have adult beverage of choice. This took me about three days by myself with no help, the filling the pool obviously takes a long time.
