What probation mean

My 1st Impressions are a cursory viewing of the anime to assess whether I will personally watch it and to inform others about content of that 1st episode. When I say probation it means that I don't feel as if the 1st episode has enough information to make a definitive decision on whether I should watch the entire series or not. When I put the title on probation I watch up to episode 3 and then make my decision from there.

I respect your opinion, but respectfully, I completely disagree. I think it's one of the cutest animes I've ever seen, and it hooked me from the start. We all have our own opinions, tho.

The video is too small due to the proportion. It is converted into vertical which is then converted into horizontal again, making the size about 10 times smaller than how it is supposed to be 😭

Truly a one of a kind surreal and wacky anime! I'm not sure what to make of the ending. While MAL ratings mean nothing. I can see why it went from 8 to the 7 range. This episode felt rushed, and how Pontaro and the fake Pochie guy didn't die is ridiculous. I also didn't get the whole second train thing. I don't think it's an alternative reality, but just a second train. With that said, it's been a while since I've seen an anime original with an actual conclusive ending. I wanted a season 2 to go over the episode with everyone's backstory flashbacks, but seeing that this anime was just made for the anniversary of a train. I'll take what I can get. Sadly, this anime will be forgotten, but the short time it lived was a happy dream! 😭😭

To be fair medium does not truly restrict the content of the work. It is more the industry surrounding the medium that dictates what works recieve resources. So it is more likely for you to see notable anime animation studios (Wit, EMT Squared, Mappa, Trigger, etc) take a chance on an outlandish premise as opposed to Warner Borthers Animation (Western Animation) or Sony Pictures (Movie Studio). This isn't to say there aren't any diversity in stories expressed in other media, just that the mode for their content is a lot stronger.

There is the entire Genre "Experimental" that exist Specially in movies and Comics and is in Terms of narrative the Most different even its just 1 Genre. Anime Overall is technically Not even its own medium. Its a sub medium from Animation. I agree with your Argument why you think Anime its unique but fact is its that the Same Argument can be use by every medium If you Just Look outside the Mainstream. I used to think the anime was extremely good but now I see that it is more mid, I've seen much better isekais and I have to say Cain doesn't grow as a character, which is really boring, and in general the story is extremely rushed, which is a shame because the concept of the anime is actually pretty cool. Personally I think you won't regret dropping it.

Absolutely give it a try it is a hidden gem, such a great and bittersweet story, it made me cry in the end (not only in the end, my hurts aches for the twins) You didn't get the point and it is probably for the better because you wouldn't be able to get the point for the rest of it
