19 years ago Texas beat us and got to play in the glorious Rose Bowl against USC. If they didn't beat us, we play vs USC. I remember a young QB named Troy Smith that took over the 2nd half and nearly made the comeback against UT that year. The next season, we did make the natty with Troy Smith at QB.

What a rigged game. Should have been tied on the last 3rd down for a touchdown by Texas. Ohio’s game plan was to hold almost all the receivers and hope that the refs did not call all of the interference. Ohio’s game plan worked. I guess that is winning.
