My meter is 4 weeks old. Now when i try to calibrate it in ph 4.01 buffer solution it shows ph value of 0-1.5 and says error when trying to calibrate to 4.0 ph

Hi, is the glass probe okay and not broken?

@@frankvermaire8927 Glass probe seems to be ok, it’s almost new so i assume it not to be broken. When i put the probe in ph 7.01 buffer solution it shows ph value of 4.0. I cannot recalibrate the meter because of this problem. Kinda stupid that you cant choose the desired calibration value.
