In the beginning I thought it was real

Rewatching Harry Potter rn and it's hard to believe these two really aren't the end game, their chemistry was top notch and honestly I really still do wish these two ended up together. It was weird that Harry ended up with Ginny when they really didn't have that much chemistry other than the fact Ginny was saved by Harry during the chamber of secrets and Ginny supposedly having feelings with Harry early on. Hermione and Ron's romantic chemistry is awkward as well I know they tried to hint their relationship several times it's still as awkward as the first time ive watched the movies but I guess the sparks I'm seeing between Hermione and Harry throughout the movies was due to the actor's chemistry and not the characters itself, kudos to the two though.

In all honesty, Ron is too insecure to be with Hermione longterm.
