I'm Broken or I'm Broke 😮
@LearnEnglishthroughFilmScenes9 күн бұрын
The phrase "I'm Broken" usually means you feel emotionally or physically shattered, while "I'm Broke" means you don’t have any money.

@LearnEnglishthroughFilmScenes10 күн бұрын
Hi @ChalermwutThongpak! In normal English, you’d say, 'I need help!' In advanced English, you could say, 'I require assistance urgently.'

For the future we don’t say we’re broken we say we’re broke or poor

Hey just so you know it's not "I'm broken" for when you have no money, I'm broken would be used if, for example, someone you loved died. Instead of I'm broken, we would say "I'm Broke" if we have no money.
@LearnEnglishthroughFilmScenes9 күн бұрын
@@NotKeith1 Thank you for pointing that out! I meant to say 'I'm broke.' Appreciate the clarification!

I said shutup as advanced english😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
@LearnEnglishthroughFilmScenes13 күн бұрын
Actually, 'shut up' isn’t advanced-it’s just informal and can sound rude! Better options are 'zip it' or 'be quiet.' Keep learning-you’re doing great! 💪😊

Btw calm down, can also be chill, and stop talking ( when someone's mad) they say shush too.
@LearnEnglishthroughFilmScenes13 күн бұрын
Exactly! 💯 'Calm down' can totally be 'chill' or even 'take it easy.' And yep, when someone’s mad, they might say 'shush' too! Great examples-keep sharing! 😄👏
