My therapist told me to focus on my big toe in my shoe when having an anxiety attack like wiggle your big toe in your shoe and focus on that and it actually helps me!

A video idea could perhaps be to remove old nail varnish and paint your nails. Like that you have natrual nails and not fake nails, looks so much better! Keep up the good work👌😴.. Ps.
