My mom got a 2008 imac 24in it came with Adobe software and final cut and other apple software on it cause she's a graphic designer and it has a 2tb hard drive and 4 gb of ram and even with the hard drive it still works great

I just ordered a refurbished 2017 13" on Amazon for about $230, I have a gaming pc I just wanted something to sync my iPod (yes i still use my iPod i'm a weirdo) and do other things that would usually require me to get up and walk over to my desktop for.

You can install an internal ssd in it. I changed my 128 to a 1tb…. Easy to do. And you don’t have to carry external storage.

The SE running iOS 15.8 and got a security update in October of 2023. Which is insane. Works great for a low key user. I don’t do games or social media. But it calls, FaceTime, sends messages and listening to music works great. I’m glad I kept it left in a drawer as a backup phone. I use my phone way, way less and that’s the best.

The both laptops that i have is the macbook air 2017 and the macbook 12 inch 2015 the 2017 is so comfortable to type on while it is so hard to type on the 12 inch macbook

I bought one for £190 plus £11.50 postage. Absolute bargain core i7 525 hard drive. It is no way a budget machine it's high-end the build quality the keyboard is to die for feather touch. I couldn't believe my luck when I bought it. Best laptop I've ever owned at a bargain price

Oh my, 24 inch Mac was a beast back in 2007. I still have 20 inch 2007 Mac somewhere. Still works, with SSD upgrade. Not sure I could use if for anything meaningful, but for the most part - great machine :)

The 5th is able to have a 2000mah battery in it, so battery life shouldn't be an issue.

@@phophophox darn it I wish I saw this sooner I forgot I commented this and bought the 7th gen. It is nice though. Maybe one day I’ll give mine away and see if these are still for sale. However mine does have more storage. If I had the 5.5 gen the storage would already be full.

@@T0byyy I know you said you already bought one, but the reason is as is said in this video. It's the most customizable. The 7th gen is customizable too, it's just much harder to get into since the 7th front panel is metal while the 5th is plastic. So when you eventually have to replace something in it, just know it may be a pain to do so watch whatever tutorial very carefully.

I felt in love with the Ipod when it came out and my Ipod 5th gen us still my favorite way to listen to my cd collection, just keep buying new batteries for it every couple of years. Thinking about putting a flash drive conversion in the future.
