After I revived it I sold it. I was going by the date in the manual that I had with it. I want to say it was between 87 and 90. Sorry I can't be of more help.

These turds of a charger have small transformers that overheat fast. Starts to smell like broken Chinese electronics. Carved out a vent and added a fan to cool both the charger and radio (i plan to keep it on the charger non stop for APRS)

I hit the prime ball about 5 or 6 times and put it on half choke. It can sit all winter and starts up fairly easy in the spring.

If that is a stabilitrack issue. My 2010 Impala has that. Replaced bearings, not that. Might be wiring harness from sensor.

Thanks for the video. Do you know if the hose gun or adapter wand would fit on the original hose or gun? I dont need a longer hose, just the ability to use a quick connect.

In order for me to make the changes I had to replace the sprayer gun as the original one was a twist lock and the hose would not fit. You can get a hose the same. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching.

The wife had it for a 3yr lease and over that time it was a great car. We were not a fan of the auto start when you stop at a traffic light but there was a way to bypass it. This year model year didn't have a button to override. Otherwise, no complaints!

Not sure. You can try putting towels or foam on the top and felt on the side the bag hits. I guess noise is a issue? If someone else has a remedy maybe they will reply.

My hose just broke on mine and been trying to find a replacement. Turns out they don’t make them anymore so I’m gonna try this method. They don’t have the same hose that ur using on Amazon anymore so I found one that’s similar should still work though. I found this very helpful thank you so much!

I hear that the 2.0 litre is better and more peppy than the 1.5 which seems under powered.I have a 2014 which has a 2.4 litre and that is not peppy at all.

Yes, we no longer own it. It was the wife's car and it was a lease. We enjoyed the car for the three+ years we owned it. We leased so the wife would have a vehicle in warranty and no worries of costly repairs outside of normal wear and tear. Rather than me dump more - if you have any further questions, please ask. I am sure that you will like it, I mean your wife will love it.

Just so you know, that pigtail with the RCA jacks is for the subwoofer behind the rear driver’s seat, (that is if your explorer is a Sport Trac and if a sub was installed), and the plug you taped up in the dash is where it plugs into.

That blower is funny. It will not start as they manual says with full choke - half choke and it starts fine. I don't recall if I noted that in the description. Thanks for the feedback and watching.
