it's really sad how these food vendors are literally charging more than double the price for this stuff. I'm from nyc and you used to be able to find these lamb over rice platters for 5 -6 dollars with a free drink, now its 12. insane

8801 Baltimore National Pike Ellicott City, MD 21043. There's another one across the street - H Mart. About 2 miles down the street there are two Korean Food courts and about 1/2 miles from there are 3 more Asian markets.
